We are a family of 5. We stayed for 6 nights. Most guests stayed for a night or two so we got a good feel of the place. There are two locations - one near the reception and one further away. We stayed at the more distant location. The whole area is a very big piece of land, so lots of privacy. Each location has its own private swimming pool. It's a wonderful place to crash for a one-nigher. Even you plan to stay longer you'll find some fun activities. The staff is very professional. Everything is kept in tip-top shape. All problems during our stay where fixed immediately or very quickly. The feeling and vibes of the place is much higher-end than we anticipated. It curries a feeling of a fancy hotel much more then a country-side bnb room. The complex has its own little but friendly to kids swimming pool. The view is breath taking. The breakfast includes Italian traditional menu which means many freshly baked home-made pastries. Excellent coffee and fruits. The first morning the host keenly noticed we only drank coffee (since we prefer savory dishes). We where surprised and happy to find out there is a savory breakfast option (5 euro per person) which is also excellent. There is an evening restaurant (local cuisine) in premises that starts working at 20:00. The menu is plain. Everything we ordered was wonderful. Activities near by: Magic Land - if you buy tickets on the spot it cost more but you can enter the same consecutive day for free (so two for the price of one). Valmontone outlet is also great place to hangout for shopping lovers. We where happy to discover that the place offer many nice activities such as live shoes during the evening. Also not too far there are two lakes you can rent peddle boats in, some rope parks and many good restaurants very near. There are very friendly donkeys in a large fenced area. My kids really enjoined feeding them. We also spotted wild bores, foxes and the occasional cat.

We used this place as a half way stop over between Florence and Naples to break up the drive but we didn't want to leave. The place looks brand new. It was off season when we stayed so it felt like we had the whole place including the pool to ourselves. Staff are friendly. There is a restaurant on site which had delicious food and we had to do the full Italian menu including a couple bottles of wine! I would happily stay again for 3-4 days just to relax. The views from the property are amazing and show case the Tuscan landscapes well.

I had an excellent stay here with family in late September for the first day of the Ryder Cup golf in nearby Marco Simone. The setting for the property is fantastic. The rooms were very spacious, modern and comfortable. We really enjoyed the excellent swimming pool as well. Staff were very helpful throughout our stay. The highlight for us was the restaurant, which was fantastic. Food and wine was excellent, and great value also. Overall, an excellent and memorable few days. Would highly recommend.

My first 2 nights in Valmontone was at this beautiful and wonderful B&B! I had a spacious quiet room, and the bed was so comfortable. I love the staff. They were so friendly, welcoming, and professional. The restaurant was really nice with a great menu! I enjoyed a delicious & nutritious breakfast of champions and amazing Cappuccino each morning! The property is tranquil, relaxing with sweeping mountain views as the backdrop.

Natina

Everything was great. The room was very clean and we liked the easy access to the pool. The cleaning was done every day thoroughly. They have a restaurant where you can have breakfast and dinner which is very convenient. The surroundings are very quiet and relaxing. The staff accommodated all the requests we had, even provided us with transportation to the train station to get to Rome.
